RENTAL CONDITIONS

DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AGE

The renter must possess a valid domestic or international driver's license for A, B, C, and D group vehicles and be at least 25 years old at the time of the rental agreement. The driver's license must also be valid for at least 3 years.

RENTAL PERIOD

Minimum rental period is 3 days. Special prices apply for monthly or annual rentals.

PRICES

Prices include lubrication, maintenance, and third-party liability insurance (within legal policy limits). 18% VAT is excluded. Fuel is the responsibility of the renter. A baby seat can be rented with 48 hours' notice; the baby seat fee is €2 per day. It has a capacity of 19 kg and 3 years.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

The total rental amount can be paid in cash or by virtual POS credit card in any desired currency upon vehicle pickup. No deposit is required from international customers who provide valid passport information and flight details. In the absence of a passport, employers are required to provide a tax registration certificate and employees are required to provide a payslip from their last place of employment.

INSURANCE

All our vehicles are a maximum of 3 years old and have Rent-A-Car insurance with a 3000 TL deductible. Insurance costs are included in the prices stated on our website.

TRAFFIC FINES

Traffic fines and parking fees are the responsibility of the renter.

Our vehicles cannot be taken abroad.
